Electroservices are one of the leading independent Calibration companies in the UK, currently employing in excess of 90 personnel based at two locations. With modern purpose built laboratories situated in Telford, Shropshire (Midlands), we are strategically positioned to service customer requirements both locally and nationally.
Customer Service
With the Company focus firmly based on Customer Service and a computer based management system that is flexible enough to meet, react and adapt to any customer requirements configured with a management team that actually listens to the customer, the Company's size and engineering scope has steadily increased over the last seven years - largely through customer loyalty and recommendation. Our first class Calibration and Repair service gives you the customer confidence that your test equipment will be dealt with in a totally professional manor, with the added bonus of a direct point of contact available at all times to quickly respond to any queries, giving extra assurance. This service is now all backed up by a "Client Area" within our web-site allowing the customer real-time access to information concerning their test equipment, ranging from work in progress to availability of full Certification in pdf format.
Capabilities
Engineering expertise across all Electronic/Electrical based market sectors gives Electroservices the ability to deal with the calibration and repair requirements of both large and small organisations, with examples ranging from the MOD to your local Electrician. With a fleet of modern racked vans covering most of the UK and workshop capability covering a very broad range of test equipment types, coupled with major experience in the field of sub-contract services, we are able to efficiently undertake all your instrumentation Calibration and Repair requirements, providing a totally integrated service from pick up to delivery.
Standards
Electroservices engineering staff (which is currently in excess of 50 engineers) are highly skilled and experienced with specialist engineers covering the more complex areas of Calibration such as Microwave, Communications and TV plus Mechanical specialists covering Torque, Pressure and Crimping. All engineering staff are recruited and trained to undertake both Calibration and Repair of instrumentation allowing a more efficient service leading to reduced downtime for the customer. In order to ensure that Electroservices maintain the highest standards of customer service we are committed to an on-going programme of re-investment in order to enhance facilities, capability and expertise of staff. The accuracy and content of Calibration is paramount to Electroservices and all Calibration performed is traceable to National Standards using the Manufacturers original test procedures where available. Both sites are fully BSI registered to ISO 9001:2008 with the Companies UKAS facility based in Telford fully compliant to ISO 17025. Electroservices Company policy is NOT one of binding customers to contracts for long periods of time with heavy focus on checking quantities against discounts of units through our doors - we see each individual purchase order as a contract and every individual instrument as a test of our service. Customers are free to decide to stop using our services at any time should we fail in attaining the high levels of service required and expected.
