Overview
Electroservices' engineering staff are highly skilled and experienced with specialist engineers managing more complex areas of calibration such as Microwave, RF, TV, Communications and Medical equipment. All engineering staff are trained to undertake both calibration and repair of instrumentation which allows us to provide our customers with reduced down time. In order to maintain our high levels of Customer Service and technical standards we are committed to an on-going program of re-investment in order to enhance our facilities, capabilities and expertise of staff.
Accreditations
The accuracy and content of calibration is paramount to Electroservices and all calibrations are directly traceable to National Standards using the manufacturer's original test specification where available. Both sites are ISO 9001:2008 compliant to ISO 17025, with the company's UKAS facility based at Cwmbran. For more information see ISO 17025 and UKAS Standards.
Asset Management
At Electroservices we recognise both the manpower and organisation that goes into managing your businesses assets. As a result we undertake all associated tasks including management and storage of equipment, delivery and collection when equipment is required, as well as reporting the equipment's status. Our unique internet based client area further enhances these services by allowing our customers real-time access to their equipment information, meaning equipment can be tracked at any time and it's status determined. All information pertaining to an item of equipment can be viewed including work in progress and the downloading of certification in PDF format.

Logistics
Our modern fleet of vans has been fitted with customised racking to ensure that your equipment is not damaged whilst in our care. We cover large areas of Britain, for which we provide free pick-up and return delivery. We visit each of these areas at least weekly - many of them more than once per week.
For specific contracts, we can offer the same service in other parts of the UK.
We can also arrange next-day pick-up and delivery via our selected carriers - useful in emergencies; for outlying areas of the UK; and for the rest of Europe.
